(i) The Case Law Index can be searched for the name of a case or in respect of a particular subject matter e.g. in camera evidence.
(ii) The Unfair Dismissal Law can be searched for a particular topic or subject matter e.g. theft, procedural fairness, balance of probability etc. Think carefully about the most appropriate words to search for.
(iii) WorkLAW’s newsletters can also be searched for the name of a case or in respect of a particular subject matter.
